All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day (excluding ACT public holidays).
Non-Express Australian orders incur a $10 flat delivery fee, regardless of the number of items you purchase.
Express Australian orders incur a $15 delivery fee. Express next day delivery is to locations within Australia Post's Next Day Delivery network only; other locations allow 1-3 business days. To find out if you're within Australia Posts Next Day Delivery Network, please see Australia Post's Website
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund shoes within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that SALE items have to be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Shoes should be returned in their original unworn condition safely packaged in their shoe box. Return your unwanted goods to:

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase within 1-5 working days of us receiving the returned goods.
Please note that returned shoes remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customer’s expense.
